Advocate Tarun Murari had applied for anticipatory bail in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Vivek Bukhadia. After hearing the arguments of Additional Public Prosecutor Shailesh Purohit, the judge dismissed the advance application petition, due to which Tarun Murari could not get relief from the court.

Earlier on Sunday, Tarun Murari had made very objectionable remarks about the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi in the Katha ceremony held near Narsinghpur district headquarters and his video in this regard has also gone viral. After this, the police registered a crime against the narrator here on Monday. As soon as the matter caught on, the narrator has now come on the defensive.
