Pakistan’s team has so far won the World Cup four times and Australia’s team three times. India won the World Cup only once in the year 1975. During this, India defeated the defending champion Pakistan and captured the World Cup.

According to statistics, the Netherlands is the team that has won the Hockey World Cup title twice in a row. Netherlands won the World Cup title twice in the year 2010 and 2014.
