Ireland player Joshua Little excited to play under Hardik Pandya
Dublin. Ireland pacer Josh Little, the first player to bag an Indian Premier League (IPL) contract, termed it as an “incredible opportunity” and said he is looking forward to working with Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya and head coach Ashish Nehra. Defending champions Gujarat Titans bought the 23-year-old Little for Rs 44 million in the IPL auction held in Kochi on Friday.

Titans won the IPL title in their debut season under Hardik’s leadership and former Indian pacer Nehra as their coach. Little said in a statement to Cricket Ireland, “I am very pleased to have been signed by the defending champions, Gujarat Titans. I am excited to play in such a wonderful team under the leadership of Hardik Pandya. “He said,” I am also looking forward to working with coach Ashish Nehra and thank the management of Titans for showing faith in me. The left-arm fast bowler made his international debut in 2016 and has played 22 ODIs and 53 T20 Internationals so far.
