Kirit Somaiya met the governor, said- now the police commissioner Sanjay Pandey is scared, action will be taken against him too
Bharatiya Janata Party leader Kirit Somaiya was allegedly attacked by Shiv Sainiks in Mumbai last Saturday amid the Hanuman Chalisa controversy in Maharashtra. After which, on the previous day, Somaiya claimed that Khar police station has registered a false FIR in his name. After which today Somaiya has met the Governor of the state, Bhagat Singh Koshyari. He said that we have told the Governor that the way I had told Mumbai Police Commissioner Sanjay Pandey that I was going to be attacked with a deadly attack and on the same day the Police Commissioner had ordered 80 Shiv Sena goons to roam the campus.
Kirit Somaiya said that stones were thrown at me, at that time all the police were hiding inside Khar police station, only the commandos saved my life. Is this the police commissioner of police commissioner Uddhav Thackeray’s family? Now Police Commissioner Sanjay Pandey is scared, action will be taken against him. The BJP leader also said that Mumbai Police has registered a false FIR in my name under pressure from Uddhav Thackeray and Police Commissioner Sanjay Pandey. In that FIR, the police have written that Kirit Somaiya said that only one stone hit my car while 70-80 Shiv Sainiks attacked me.
Soumya made a big claim and said that Khar police station has admitted that the police has registered a false FIR in my name. Fake FIR to save Shiv Sena goons who attacked me. Somaiya had on Monday alleged that the Bandra police station had registered a false FIR in his name. Somaiya had tweeted that Mumbai Police circulated a ‘fake FIR’ of mine regarding the April 23 attack. I have not filed any FIR. Bandra police station refused to register my FIR on 23rd April. I will file a complaint against this criminal conspiracy of fake FIR at Khar police station tomorrow at 12 noon.
