Documents required for postgraduate studies at Helwan University

Helwan University announced the start of receiving applications for admission to the postgraduate stage in most faculties to register for the new academic year in all stages.

Helwan University Student Affairs officials stated that the application for postgraduate studies was opened from the beginning of July until August 31, 2021.

Student Affairs officials at Helwan University indicated that those wishing to apply for postgraduate studies should apply and register their data electronically via the following website:  http://app2.helwan.edu.eg/HighEdu/Khedma/Xlogin.asp

The papers required to apply for graduate studies at Helwan University for expatriates include the following: 

The application for admission is accompanied by a photo.

– 6 personal photos.

An original birth certificate or an extract thereof.

An acknowledgment that the student is not registered in the current year with any other entity.

– passport copy .

– A master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree, authenticated and stamped by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Pay the expenses of personal tests and open a file.

Paying the tuition fees for expatriates in hard currency.

Documenting all expatriate certificates and paying the foreign student welfare fund fees.

Submit an equivalent certificate from the Supreme Council of Universities for holders of a bachelor’s or bachelor’s degree.

Most papers differ for Egyptian students.

It is worth noting that the Center for Developing the Capabilities of Faculty Members and Leaders at Helwan University announced a set of training programs for the month of August 2021, which aim to develop the capabilities and skills of faculty members and leaders at the university in cooperation with the various entities at the university, each according to its specialization.

This course is held online via the “Times” and “Zoom” application, in implementation of the precautionary measures to prevent the Corona virus.

Among these courses is a training course on effective communication skills on August 15-16, 2021.
