Uttarakhand bundled Himachal for 49 runs by Dhapola’s eight wickets

Pacer Deepak Dhapola took eight wickets as Uttarakhand bundled out Himachal Pradesh for 49 on the opening day of their Ranji Trophy Group A match. The 32-year-old Dhapola took eight wickets for 35 runs in 8.3 overs. Himachal’s innings was reduced to 17 overs only. At the end of the first day’s play, Uttarakhand had scored 295 runs for six wickets and now has a lead of 246 runs. Aditya Tare is playing on 91 and Abhay Negi is scoring 48 runs. Bageshwar-born Dhapola’s bowling was the highlight of the first day’s play.
