There will be no ODI series with Sri Lanka
For this reason, the Pakistan Cricket Board has now rejected the proposal to play one-day bilateral series with Sri Lanka. According to PCB sources, Sri Lanka has expressed its desire to host the entire Asia Cup tournament, which has not gone down well with the Pakistan Cricket Board. It is believed that due to this, the relationship between the cricket boards of these two countries has soured.
 
Sources said, “An example of the sourness between the cricket boards of these two countries is the PCB’s refusal to play the ODI series in Sri Lanka next month.” To tour Sri Lanka to play two Test matches. Along with this, Sri Lanka had also proposed to play the ODI series in front of the PCB. But reliable sources confirmed that the PCB had initially said it would consider the offer but has now turned it down. “It is a clear indication that the PCB is not happy with Sri Lanka Cricket’s offer to host the Asia Cup in September when it is Pakistan’s turn to host the regional tournament,” he said.
