On Uniform Civil Code, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said that if such a law is brought, we will oppose it in Parliament. Earlier, Rahul Gandhi gave his reaction on Twitter. Rahul Gandhi has called this change ‘oppressive’. Along with this, Rahul Gandhi also took a dig at the Education Board and the RSS. While tweeting about this change, Rahul Gandhi called it a national education shredder. Trying to understand its meaning, Rahul Gandhi is directly calling it a step to ruin national education. Rahul Gandhi has also called CBSE as the Central Board of Sapresingh Education.
In fact, CBSE has removed chapters related to the Non-Aligned Movement, the Cold War era, the rise of the Islamic Empire in the Afro-Asian regions, the history of the Mughal courts and the Industrial Revolution from the History and Political Science syllabus of Classes 11 and 12. Similarly, the topic ‘Impact of Globalization on Agriculture has been dropped from the chapter on food security in the Class 10 syllabus. Along with this, the translated excerpts of two Urdu poems of Faiz Ahmed Faiz from Religion, Communalism and Politics-Communalism Secular State Section have also been excluded this year.
