Third season of Khelo India National Winter Games to be held in Gulmarg next month

Srinagar. The ski resort of Gulmarg in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district will host the third season of the Khelo India National Winter Games next month. Officials gave this information on Sunday. He said that the third season of the Games will start from February 10 and end on February 14. This year around 2000 players from different parts of the country will converge at Gulmarg to compete in various sports.

Officials said the main attractions would be snow shoe races, ice skating, ice hockey, skiing, Nordic ski, snowboarding, ski mountaineering and ice stocking. Regarding the preparations for the event, Tourism Secretary Sarmad Hafeez presided over a meeting at the Civil Secretariat here on Saturday.
