The World Cup 2023 to be held in India has started from 13 January. All the teams started the tournament by playing in the group stage. Each team has to play three matches each in the group stage. The group stage matches will be played till January 20. The winning teams in these matches will directly qualify for the quarter-finals.

According to the Hockey World Cup 2023 schedule, the first match is going to be held between Spain and Wales in Rourkela on January 15. On January 15, the first match will be played at Rourkela at 5 pm. While the second match will be between England and India.
