Veteran actor Tej Sapru will be seen as Prajapati Daksha in &TV’s ‘Bal Shiv’ from January 11

Veteran actor Tej Sapru has been in the Indian entertainment industry for over 40 years and has portrayed a wide variety of characters in films, television and on OTT platforms. Now he will be seen in the role of Prajapati Daksha in &TV’s ‘Bal Shiv’. This character is very important in Shiv Gatha, and it will bring strong drama to the story for the audience.

,‘Baal Shiva’ Excited to be a part of Tej Sapru (Prajapati Daksh) said“I myself am also a great devotee of Lord Shiva. I am always ready for such projects, which are associated with Mahadev. Lord Shiva is everything for me, so when the makers of ‘Bal Shiv’ approached me for this role, I did not think again and immediately joined the show. ‘Baal Shiv’ is a beautiful show which brings to you some of the stories of Lord Shiva which were not shown on Indian Television till now. So it is a great pleasure for me to be a part of such a masterpiece.

Elaborating on the character of Prajapati Daksha, he said, Prajapati Daksha is a very powerful and strong character. About 15 years ago, I played this character in a 3D film that is still shown at Maa Ambe Mandir today, and I know the importance of this character in the story. Prajapati Daksha is the son of Lord Brahma and Brahma is also called the greatest king of the universe. I am a Shiva-bhakt in real life, but this character of mine is against Shiva, because according to the legend Lord Shiva cut off the fifth head of Lord Brahma. So full of revenge, Daksha always hated Mahadev. But when he comes to know that his daughter Sati (Shivya Pathania) is in love with Mahadev, he creates a lot of turmoil, which will see a lot of drama and some sudden twists in the story. My character’s entry will be worth watching for the audience and I am also excited about it.”
