West Bengal: Violent clashes between TMC groups in Birbhum district, 6 injured, country-made bombs hurled, 7 arrested

Kolkata | Violent Clashes TMC Groups: While in another capital Delhi, TMC chief Mamata Banerjee is going to meet the Prime Minister today, on the other hand, in Birbhum district of West Bengal, a clash between two factions of her party TMC turned violent. In which country-made bombs have been thrown. Six people are said to have been injured in this violent clash. However, TMC itself has not disclosed any connection with this clash. On the other hand, BJP MLA from Dubrajpur Anoop Saha claimed that these clashes took place between two factions of TMC. There is an atmosphere of tension in the area after the incident.

Violent Clashes TMC Groups: According to the information, this incident took place in Gaara-Padoma village of Dubrajpur police station area on Tuesday when a team of Block Development Officer’s office was visiting the area to survey the government housing scheme. He said that country-made bombs were hurled and weapons were also used during the incident. Six people were injured in this. They are being treated at Suri Hospital.

Police arrested 7 weapons recovered
According to Superintendent of Police Nagendranath Tripathi, 7 people have been arrested in connection with the clash and two weapons have been recovered. On the other hand, on behalf of Trinamool Congress, it has been said that it has nothing to do with this violence. TMC district president Anubrata Mandal says that this was not a political clash. Police should take necessary action on this.
