Before the elections, Manipur-Tripura will get 22 projects worth more than 4800 crores, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone today

New Delhi | PM Modi Manipur-Tripura Visit: After distributing many gifts to Uttar Pradesh, now the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi will be on a tour of Manipur and Tripura on Tuesday. PM Modi will benefit the people of Imphal by inaugurating and laying the foundation stone of 22 development projects worth more than 4800 crores today. Along with this, PM Modi will also visit Agartala and will inaugurate the new terminal built at Maharaja Bir Bikram Airport there. Let us tell you that the assembly elections are going to be held here soon.

PM Modi Manipur-Tripura Visit: PM Modi will inaugurate 13 projects worth Rs 1 thousand 850 crore and lay the foundation stone of 9 projects worth Rs 2 thousand 950 crore in Manipur. These projects will be helpful in strengthening the infrastructure of the people. These relate to diverse areas including roads, drinking water supply, health, urban development, housing, information technology, skill development and arts and culture. Simultaneously, the PM will lay the foundation stone of five national highways to be built at a cost of over Rs 1,700 crore, like ongoing projects across the country to improve connectivity.

Inauguration of house to house clean drinking water project
PM Modi will inaugurate the drinking water supply projects in the state under the campaign of providing clean drinking water to every household. These include water transmission system of Thobal Multipurpose Project worth Rs 280 crore, residents of 10 areas of Tamenglong district will get clean drinking water and its cost is Rs 65 crore. Apart from this, to increase health services, PM Modi will also lay the foundation of a cancer hospital to be built in Imphal at a cost of Rs 160 crore.
