Conditional bail to former Chief Secretary of Andaman and Nicobar in rape case

The Port Blair bench of the Calcutta High Court on Monday granted bail to former Andaman and Nicobar Islands chief secretary Jitendra Narayan in a rape case filed by a 21-year-old girl.
