Two goals scored in the third quarter helped the Indian men’s hockey team beat Rio Olympic champions Argentina 3-3 in a one-sided contest. 0 to get back to winning ways in the FIH Pro League. After taking a one-goal lead in the previous match, India were thrashed by the Netherlands 1. Had to face defeat by 4 but India made a great comeback in this match. Captain Harmanpreet Singh converted a penalty corner in the 33rd minute.

After this win, India have reached the top spot with 27 points from 14 matches while Great Britain have 26 points from 12 matches. India now has to play the Netherlands again in the next match on Saturday.
