Panaji. Goa Election Congress Shivsena : The Congress, which runs the government in alliance with the NCP, cannot win elections in Goa on its own. The Goa Assembly election is not showing enthusiasm from the Congress and for this Shiv Sena has expressed concern. Shiv Sena leader and MP Sanjay Raut said that the state of politics in Goa is not such that Congress can do something amazing here on its own. Sanjay Raut, while talking on Congress and Goa assembly elections, openly said that if Congress goes in the field alone then it will not be able to cross even the unit’s figure. He said that it is also clear that Congress must also be understanding this, so it is wise to form an alliance.
