IND vs AUS: Shubman Gill will replace KL Rahul in Indore Test! Know what can be the playing XI of Team India

The third Test match is to be played between India and Australia from March 1 in Indore. India is leading 2-0 in the four-Test series being played under the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. However, the big question is whether India will make changes in its playing XI or go with the old playing XI? According to the news coming from the sources, Shubman Gill can be fed in place of KL Rahul who is running in bad form. If seen, Shubman Gill is in excellent form. He has also made his Test debut for Team India. In such a situation, the possibilities of his playing are becoming more visible. KL Rahul’s bat has been silent in both the matches.

The third Test between India and Australia will be played at the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore. The game will start at 9.30 am. However, there doesn’t seem to be much change in India’s bowling action. The responsibility of fast bowling rests with Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj. Apart from this, R Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja, who performed brilliantly in both the previous Tests, will also be seen playing for India in the Indore Test. Although Akshar Patel may not have picked up many wickets, but he has scored runs on crucial occasions and is currently the second highest run-getter in the series.
When Team India takes to the Holkar ground, it will look to win its 16th consecutive series at home to seal its place in the final of the World Test Championship (WTC). Rahul is no longer the vice-captain, but the team management has shown tremendous faith in him and in such a situation, he may get another chance to find his rhythm. Rohit Sharma has scored the only century so far in a spin-dominated series. If the Indian team gets a chance to bat on the first day, then apart from them veterans like Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli will have a chance to score a mountain of runs.
