Earlier, Mitchell shared a 183-run partnership for the third wicket with Latham (98 off 85 balls, eight fours, one six) to take New Zealand to a big score. Opener Chad Bowes also contributed with 51 runs. Thanks to Mitchell and Latham, the New Zealand team was able to add 98 runs in the last 10 overs.
