Refinery work in Barmer will be completed by January, Puri raised questions on the stake

Union Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has said that the refinery work in Barmer will be completed by January next year, if the state government does not give additional 2.5 thousand crores, then its share will be reduced to 16 percent.
