Rohit Sharma was born on 30 April 1987 in Bansod, Nagpur district of Maharashtra. His father Gurunath Sharma worked in a transport firm house. His mother’s name is Purnima Sharma. His full name is Rohit Gurunath Sharma. Rohit also faced poverty and financial hardship in his childhood. Due to financial constraints, Rohit’s childhood was spent with his grandfather.
