Team India will not go to Pakistan for Asia Cup! Jay Shah said – matches will be played on neutral venue

Currently, Pakistan is the proposed host for the 2023 Asia Cup. However, relations between India and Pakistan are strained. In such a situation, according to the news that is being received, the Government of India has not allowed Team India to go to Pakistan at present. In such a situation, now the Asia Cup will be played at neutral value compared to 2023. The statement of BCCI secretary Jay Shah has also come to the fore regarding this. He has said that the 2023 Asia Cup will be held at a neutral venue.

 

Let us tell you that this year also the Asia Cup was held at neutral venue. Sri Lanka was supposed to host this year’s Asia Cup. However, the conditions there were not favorable. So this year’s Asia Cup was shifted to UAE. Jay Shah said in his statement that the permission to the team to go to Pakistan is given by the government. In such a situation, he will not comment on it. This is the reason why the 2023 Asia Cup has been decided to be played at a neutral venue. However, BCCI was preparing to send Team India to Pakistan to participate in this tournament. But somewhere the decision of the government is the final decision.
