Wimbledon 2023: Bopanna-Ebden made it to the pre-quarterfinals, will clash with them in the next round

Rohan Bopanna has emerged as a ray of hope for India in Wimbledon 2023. In the tournament, along with his partner Matthew Ebden, Rohan has made it to the pre-quarterfinals. They booked their place in the men’s doubles pre-quarterfinals by defeating British pair of Johannes Manday and Jacob Fearnley on 10 July. After this win, the expectations of Indian fans have increased from Rohan and his partner.

 

Let us tell you that this pair of Indian and Australian players has made a place in the next round by defeating Farnley 7-5, 6-3. Indian and Australian players Rohan Bopanna and Matthew Ebden will now take on American-Dutch pair Rijs Stalder and David Pell for a place in the quarterfinals. Only by defeating this pair, Rohan and Mathew will be able to make it to the quarterfinals. After this, both were very excited to win the second set. Taking a 4-1 lead in the second set, Bopanna and Ebden cruised to victory. Both the Indo-Australian pair ended the challenge. Both have now reached the third round. Now both will face David and Reese in the pre-quarterfinals.
