Kolkata | TMC bengal Mamta Banerjee : TMC chief West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee has said that the PM will meet during the Delhi visit. She said that during this meeting, she will also raise the issue of increasing the jurisdiction of the Border Security Force (BSF) and the atrocities taking place in Tripura. Banerjee also said that she would not be able to join the dharna of Trinamool Congress (TMC) MPs in Tripura to protest the attack on party workers and the arrest of a youth leader, Sayani Ghosh, but would definitely express solidarity with them.
Departs for Delhi on 4 days journey
TMC bengal Mamta Banerjee : Sources close to him said that during his four-day visit to the national capital, Banerjee will meet several opposition leaders. The upcoming winter session of Parliament, beginning November 29, is likely to discuss ways to counter the BJP. This is his second visit to Delhi since July. Mamta didi told reporters before leaving for Delhi that during my visit to Delhi, I will raise the issues related to Tripura violence along with increasing the jurisdiction of BSF with the Prime Minister.

Amit Shah did not show courtesy
TMC bengal Mamta Banerjee : Taking a dig at Amit Shah, the TMC chief said that the Union Home Minister has not yet shown courtesy. He has not met TMC MPs who want to meet him over the violence in Tripura. My MPs asked for an appointment with the Union Home Minister. He may be affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party but he also holds the chair of the Ministry of Home Affairs. My MPs have been sitting outside his office since morning, but no courtesy was shown towards him. No one talked to him, did not give time to meet.
