Dawat-e-Biryani will be held for his fellow actors on Akshay Mhatre’s birthday
It is birthday time for Akshay Mhatre, who plays the role of Varun Agarwal in &TV’s show Ghar Ek Mandir – Kripa Agrasen Maharaj Ki. This year he plans to celebrate his birthday with a Daawat-e-Biryani along with the cast and crew of his show. Although he was alone on his last birthday and he is also giving the reason for this.
Akshay (Varun Agarwal) said, “Last year many places were closed on my birthday and after some time there was a curfew. I was shooting for my show on the outskirts of Mumbai. It was almost impossible to go home and meet my family and friends. I remember myself cutting the cake and video calling my family. It was truly a one of its kind birthday, which I will never forget.”
When asked about his birthday plans for this year, he said, “My birthday tradition is to go to the temple and seek blessings from God. After that I will go for the shoot and celebrate my birthday with the cast and crew. Since they all like to eat non-veg, so there will be a biryani feast for them. I will miss my parents on my birthday as they will not come to Jaipur at this time. But within two weeks I will meet him and then the celebrations will continue!
