The death of the Egyptian actress, Dalal Abdel Aziz

At the age of 61, after suffering for more than three months due to her infection with the Corona virus.

Her family announced the news of the death on social media, as the journalist Rami Radwan, Donia Samir Ghanem’s husband, published the news through his Twitter account, stressing that “Dalal Abdel Aziz did not want to leave her lover Samir Ghanem alone, and decided to go to him in heaven.”

The late artist was infected with the new Corona virus three months ago, after she finished filming her Ramadan series, “Maluk Al-Jada’ana”, while her husband, Samir Ghanem, died at the age of 81.

Abdel Aziz’s health condition deteriorated, necessitating her admission to the isolation hospital, before the result turned negative, but she suffered from complications due to the severe deterioration in her lung condition, and she needed oxygen in very large proportions.

Dalal Abdel Aziz has a long career in television and cinema. Among her most famous films are “The Accused” and “Sorry for the Inconvenience”, and the play “My Brother Hayes and I Lais”, in which her husband participated.

Abdel Aziz, along with her late husband Samir Ghanem, also participated in a number of works with their two daughters, actresses Dina and Emmy.
