The driver and the conductor slept in the bus after lighting a lamp, both were burnt alive due to the fire.

A horrific accident took place at Khadagada Bus Stand located at Kantatoli in the capital Ranchi. The driver and co-driver died when the bus parked at the bus stand caught fire. The deceased have been identified as Madan and Ibrahim. While Madan was the driver of the bus, Ibrahim used to work as a clerk in the bus. It is said that both of them slept inside the bus, when the accident happened.

According to preliminary information received regarding the incident, Madan and Ibrahim had slept inside the bus after lighting a lamp. It is feared that the bus caught fire due to the lamp. Since, Ibrahim and Madan were in deep sleep, they did not get to know about the fire in time. By the time they could understand something, the bus started burning with smoke. The fire was so fierce that they could not get a chance to get out. Both died by burning. The pictures that have emerged from the scene are disturbing.

Bus stent stirred up due to painful accident

This painful accident that happened on the day of Diwali has shook all the employees working in the bus stand. The matter has been reported to the police. Police is engaged in investigation. The bodies have been confiscated and sent for postmortem.
