The former Zamalek star is the technical director of Fayoum Club

Fayoum Club officials, headed by Representative Imad Saad Hammouda, succeeded in contracting Ramadan Ragab, the former Zamalek club star, to lead the first football team in the new season, succeeding the duo Saad Farouk and Yasser Al-Kinani. 


Ramadan Ragab expressed his happiness to take over the training of Fayoum Club after he apologized to the officials of the Tamiya Youth Center headed by Mohsen Ali Jamil, who was in charge of his technical leadership and succeeded in promoting him to the second division league, who wished them success in the new season.


Ramadan Rajab promised the club’s supporters, officials and the sponsoring company to make the utmost effort with the team, whose preparation period is scheduled to start next week and to sign special deals in the positions the team needs in order to appear in a good appearance in the second division league in the Upper Egypt group, compete for the first positions, and present the team’s distinguished talents to the league clubs. Excellent before winter registration opens next January.

And Ramadan Rajab settled on his assistant apparatus, which consisted of: Youssef Omar as general coach, Karim Fathi as coach, Ibrahim Al-Sunbati as goalkeeper coach, Khaled Mahmoud as administrative director, Karim Abdel Raouf for physiotherapy and Hazem Mohamed Massalka.

It is worth noting that Ramadan Rajab played for Ghazl El-Mahalla, Arab Contractors, Haras El Hodoud and Tanta in the 1990s and early 2000s, before going through two professional experiences in the Turkish league in Ankara and Istanbulspor clubs, in addition to having several training experiences for a number of clubs in the second and third division leagues in Egypt, in addition to his training period in Saudi Arabia. For three seasons, the most prominent of which was with the Saudi Al-Jabalin Club
