Lucknow | Congress 125 Candidates List: Before the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh (UP Assembly Elections 2022), on the one hand, while the Bharatiya Janata Party is struggling with the rebellious attitude of its leaders, on the other hand, the opposition parties are busy making electoral strategies. Meanwhile, for the UP elections today, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi has announced 125 candidates of the party.

Congress 125 Candidates List: While releasing the first list for the UP elections, Priyanka Gandhi has put women first. In the first list of Congress, 40 percent women have been given tickets. Out of the list of 125 candidates, 50 women have got tickets. Announcing the names of women, Priyanka Gandhi said that all these women are going to struggle. In this list, Congress has also given ticket to Asha Devi, mother of Unnao rape victim.

40 percent youth also get tickets
Priyanka Gandhi said that we have tried to give a chance to the candidate who is struggling and taking the initiative of new politics in the entire state. With this, he said that 40 percent of the youth have also been given tickets in the first list. Today there is a dictatorial government in UP. Our attempt is to bring the issues at the center. She said that there are some women journalists in this list and also an actress.

Elections will be held in 7 phases in UP, results will come on March 10
Voting will be held in 7 phases for 403 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh. It will begin with voting in 58 seats in 11 districts of the state from February 10. In UP, the first phase will be on February 10, the second phase on February 14, the third phase on February 20, the fourth phase on February 23, the fifth phase on February 27, the sixth phase on March 3, the seventh phase on March 7, while the counting of votes will be held on March 10.
